Our Process

The first step in launching any new product with ONIT is a bit like an interview.

We ask a lot of questions, get to know you and understand your market, and then we dive into what products you have and what’s missing. At what price point do we need to be to help you fill the gaps and increase sales? What products are being sold by another distributor in your market, simply because you don’t have them? Do you currently offer privately labeled products and how successful are they?

Once we’ve established your needs, we’ll outline a program that should fit right into what you’re already doing well. We’ll provide set-up information and await your POs. Then you just sit back and relax, and we’ll take it from here.

ONIT will work with our factory partners to get every aspect of your new product pulled together and approved. We’ll establish approximate launch timelines and check-in weekly on the production process. We’ll handle all of the logistics — ocean freight, customs clearance, drayage, and anything else that comes up, so you don’t have to worry about a thing until the containers arrive at your dock.
