Michelle joined the company in November 2021 and has been our go-to girl for all things order-related! She loves her daily talks with her son, who lives in her home state of Texas, and looks forward to hearing about her two grandchildren. When she’s not at our warehouse in Edgewater, FL, she and her husband Chris spend time relaxing on the beach and soaking up the beautiful Florida sunshine!

Mike has been with us since day 1 and has been a critical part of our warehouse builds, planning, logistics and infrastructure. Before joining us, he was an IT project manager - doing design builds of data centers. He lettered in 5 different sports as a high school athlete and attended the University of Florida before. He has perfect timing on dropping Seinfeld quotes into a seemingly inane conversation, which is exactly where they belong.

Nicole Yates, Client Services Liaison and Marketing Director. Nicole joined full-time in 2021 and brings her expertise in sales, marketing, and advertising for Costa Del Mar sunglasses and various marketing agencies to our team. She’s one of the most organized team members and manages the chaos of our growing business with a healthy dose of sarcasm, humor, and charm. Go Gators!

JJ Duncan, IT Champion and Service Expeditor. JJ’s idea of a life well-lived is simple: his beautiful and talented wife Tori by his side; a few shelves in his house filled with good books waiting to be read; and his dogs, Cinder and Mika at his feet, expectantly ready for any adventure. But this simple man has incredible discipline and a strong work ethic, which make him a truly valuable member of our team.

Logan Malecki, Service Expediter. Logan graduated recently with a degree in Exercise Science, works out daily and is the kind of guy who might feel a little guilty using a forklift instead of his own raw strength to haul pallets around the warehouse. Despite his clear obsession with exercise, he seems to have found a home in the flooring industry and plans to make a go of it. Do any of us really end up here on purpose anyway?

Stephen was happy to use his 28 years of flooring sales experience and take the chance in 2015 to invest in starting a new company. His experience working with several factories abroad and 10 of the top 15 distributors in the country would help him become one of the largest importers of flooring to the U.S. Product development is his passion, and is always looking for the next big opportunity as he travels the globe, searching for the newest technology. Away from the office, he enjoys boating, and competing at anything, bocci, pickle ball, and even chess to keep his competitive juices flowing.

Josh began his career in 1997 with Bayard Sales Corp, where he quickly established himself as a “rainmaker“ building up the western Pennsylvania territory and putting Bayard Sales on the map in that area.

In 2001 Josh was recruited to Beaulieu Of America, the largest privately owned carpet manufacturer in the world. He spent 11 years there and quickly rose through the ranks from Territory Manager to Vice President of the Armstrong Fashion Smart builder division and managed the South East, residential division. Josh took that opportunity to move to Key West, FL where he lived for ten years, racking up over a million miles in airline travel.

He went on to become President of Sales for hardwood importer StoneWood, and then COO and Partner at Max Windsor, where he and partner Peter Spirer committed to selling only US made products.

Josh helped establish Alexandria International as the largest importer of broadloom carpet before starting ONIT Worldwide as Managing Partner and President of Sales.When Josh is not working, you can find him on the water in his sailboat, or skiing in the winter. Josh is an avid runner and enjoys CrossFit and his Peloton. He also enjoys traveling around the world for business and pleasure.
